What Is A Chakra?
Chakras refer to different energy centers of the body that are connected to our spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. The body has about 114 total chakras, but there are seven main chakras to focus on. Each of the seven main chakras has its own characteristics that can be identified through color, body areas, and sound frequencies. To function at your best, your chakras need to stay aligned and open. To keep your chakras balanced, it is best to familiarize yourself with each so you are aware of when they are imbalanced.
How to Know If Your Chakras Are Blocked?
Blocked chakras can manifest into physical pain like a headache, or emotional pain such as sadness. Chakras can be blocked by challenges we face in our lives. Getting To Know Your Chakras
Root Chakra: Red
Location: Base of your spine
Objective: Your foundation, safety, and security.
Blocked Symptoms: Feeling insecure, unsafe, low energy, and easily angry.
Affirmations to Heal: "I am safe and protected." "I am present in this moment."
Sacral Chakra: Orange
Location: Lower Abdomen - just below the belly button
Objective: Sexuality, relationships, freedom of guilt, creativity, and joys of life.
Blocked Symptoms: Many toxic relationships, lack of control, inability to be emotional.
Affirmations to Heal: "I am creative." "I attract people who treat me with respect."
Solar Plexus Chakra: Yellow
Location: Upper Abdomen - just above the belly button

Throat Chakra: Light Blue

Third-eye Chakra: Dark Blue/Purple
Location: Center of your forehead - between the eyebrows
Objective: Intuition, self-reflection, ego, listening to your intuition

Crown Chakra: Violet/White
Location: Crown of your head
Objective: Connection to enlightenment, faith, transformation, and spirituality.
