New Moon Yoga with Tiffany

Saturday, April 15th at 5PM until 6PM - Come out for a New Moon in Taurus Yoga Practice! Since we will be in the last phases of the Waning Moon at this time we will honor this as well. We will be doing a deep stretch and relaxing Yin and Hatha practice to cool the body and allow you to go within as the moon draws down in preparation for the New Moon. At the end of the practice is an opportunity for hydration and replenishment, along with journaling prompts (you are welcome to bring your own journal or I have small blank notebooks that you can keep as your New Moon intention setting journal!). As an added bonus, I’ll draw an Oracle card from a deck with a message for those in attendance.
