Some emotions were never meant to stay bottled up.
Join Saging Space for a monthly community experience inspired by the changing seasons and the symbolism of each full moon. Each gathering will explore a different theme, offering space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and intentionally release what no longer serves you.
Our July gathering honors the Buck Moon, traditionally associated with growth, resilience, and new strength. Just as a buck grows new antlers each year, we'll explore what it means to release anger, frustration, resentment, and emotional weight so we can move forward with healthier boundaries and renewed strength.
No experience is necessary, and there is never any pressure to share. Come exactly as you are.
