Join us for a special Gratitude focused cacao ceremony and sound bath as we head into this Thanksgiving holiday. Cacao helps us open and reconnect to our heart space. Set your intentions, sip the cacao, then bath in the relaxing sounds of Quartz Crystal during a gratitude focused meditationa sound bath. No meditation experience necessary!
Limited yoga mats will be available to use as a first come first serve basis. Feel free to bring a mat, pillow, cushion, blanket, or anything to make your experience relaxing and comfortable.
Cost is $22 per person.
