Â Set your intentions, sip the cacao, then bath in the relaxing sounds of Quartz Crystal during a gratitude focused meditationa sound bath. No meditation experience necessary!
Limited yoga mats will be available to use as a first come first serve basis. Â Feel free to bring a mat, pillow, cushion, blanket, or anything to make your experience relaxing and comfortable.
